नई दिल्ली: स्वराज इंडिया के प्रमुख योगेंद्र यादव ने एनसीईआरटी की राजनीति विज्ञान की पाठ्यपुस्तकों से अपना नाम हटाने की अपनी मांग दोहराई है और देश के शीर्ष शैक्षिक अनुसंधान निकाय पर उनके अनुरोध को नजरअंदाज करने की कोशिश करने का आरोप लगाया है. योगेन्द्र यादव और सुहास पालसीकर 9वीं से 12वीं कक्षा के लिए राजनीतिक विज्ञान की मूल पुस्तकों के मुख्य सलाहकार हैं. राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक अनुसंधान और प्रशिक्षण परिषद (NCERT) द्वारा योगेंद्र यादव और एक अन्य शिक्षाविद, सुहास पलशिकर का मुख्य सलाहकार के रूप में उल्लेख किया गया है और दोनों अपने जुड़ाव को पाठ्यपुस्तकों से हटाना चाहते हैं.  योगेंद्र यादव ने आज ट्वीट किया, "यह देखकर दुख हुआ कि एनसीईआरटी ने प्रोफेसर सुहास पलशिकर और मेरे पत्र का जवाब एक अनौपचारिक बयान के माध्यम से दिया है. इससे भी अधिक निराशाजनक यह है कि यह हमारे द्वारा उठाए गए एकमात्र बिंदु का जवाब नहीं देता है."  एनसीईआरटी ने यादव के पहले पत्र के जवाब में उनका नाम हटाने के लिए कहा, स्कूल स्तर पर पाठ्यपुस्तकें "किसी दिए गए विषय पर हमारे ज्ञान और समझ की स्थिति के आधार प...

NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Saturday said the opposition parties were keen on providing an alternative to the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections next year and projecting a prime ministerial face was not an issue. Sharad Pawar, addressing a press conference here, said that he would attend the meeting of opposition leaders convened by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Patna on June 23 and strive for putting up a joint fight against the BJP. Immovable property documents, "fake" question papers and bank account details of some people were seized following recent raids in a money laundering case linked to alleged leaks of teacher recruitment exam papers in Rajasthan, the ED said on Friday. The searches were conducted at 27 locations in the state, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Dungarpur, Barmer, Sikar and Jalore, on June 5 as part of the probe into the alleged senior teachers grade II paper leak case and the REET paper leak case. The senior teachers grade II exam was conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) last year, while Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET) was conducted by the state education board in 2021. The money laundering case stems from the FIRs filed by the Rajasthan Police's special operations group (SOG). India will not tolerate cross-border terrorist activities and it cannot keep aside terrorism to improve ties with Islamabad under its neighbourhood first policy, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Thursday. A two-lane Jaiswal bridge over the Chenab river in Ramban district along the Jammu-Srinagar national highway has been completed, Union minister Nitin Gadkari said on Wednesday, reiterating his commitment to provide exceptional highway infrastructure in the Union Territory. Earlier, the bridge missed two back-to-back deadlines between March and April but its completion came just a few weeks before the start of the two-month-long annual pilgrimage to 3,880-metre high holy cave shrine of Amarnath in south Kashmir Himalayas. "In Jammu and Kashmir, we have completed the construction of a two-lane Jaiswal Bridge over River Chenab on the Udhampur-Ramban section of NH-44. This meticulously designed Balanced Cantilever bridge spans 118 meters and has been built at a cost of Rs 20 Crore," Mr Gadkari, the Road Transport and Highways minister, said in a tweet.
