सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद भी दिल्ली सरकार और केंद्र (उपराज्यपाल) के बीच अधिकारों का विवाद सुलझता नहीं दिख रहा है। अब मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और उपराज्यपाल (एलजी) अनिल बैजल के बीच सर्विस डिपार्टमेंट के नियंत्रण को लेकर नई जंग शुरू हो गई। केजरीवाल शुक्रवार को उपराज्यपाल से मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि एलजी अफसरों के ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग की फाइलें अपने पास ही रखना चाहते हैं। पहली बार केंद्र सरकार कोर्ट का आदेश नहीं मान रही है। देश में अराजकता का माहौल बन जाएगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संवैधानिक बेंच ने कहा था कि उपराज्यपाल चुनी हुई सरकार से साथ मिलकर काम करें। वे कैबिनेट के फैसले पर सिर्फ सलाह दे सकते हैं।

पाकिस्तान के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री नवाज शरीफ ने पद से हटने के करीब 9 महीने बाद मुंबई अटैक पर बड़ा बयान दिया है। उन्होंने पाकिस्तानी अखबार द डॉन को दिए इंटरव्यू में कहा कि मुंबई हमले के पीछे पाकिस्तान के आतंकियों का हाथ था। उन्होंने कहा कि क्या हमें आतंकियों को सीमा पार जाने देना चाहिए और मुंबई में 150 लोगों को मारने देना चाहिए? उन्हें पनामा पेपर केस में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पिछले साल 28 जुलाई को दोषी करार दिया था। इसके बाद उन्हें अपना पद छोड़ना पड़ा था। बता दें कि पाकिस्तान इस बात को नकारता रहा कि 2008 के मुंबई अटैक में उसकी कोई भूमिका है। यहां तक कि भारत की ओर से डोजियर और पुख्ता सबूत देने के बाद भी वहां की सरकार ने कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया।

मुंबई. शुक्रवार को एक शख्स वर्ली दूरदर्शन के 350 मीटर ऊंचे टावर पर जा चढ़ा और सुसाइड की धमकी देने लगा। मौके पर पहुंची फायर ब्रिगेड टीम ने चार घंटे की मेहनत के बाद उसे नीचे उतारा। टावर पर चढ़े शख्स को कुछ दिन पहले नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया था। इससे उसका परिवार आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रहा था।

जम्मू. जम्मू-कश्मीर के राजौरी जिले की जेल में शुक्रवार को एक कैदी की मौत हो गई। न्यूज एजेंसी ने यह जानकार पुलिस के हवाले से दी है। मृतक का नाम मोहम्मद लतीफ बताया गया है। लतीफ ने शुक्रवार सुबह दर्द की शिकायत की थी। इसके बाद उसे जेल से अस्पताल लाया गया था। अस्पताल में डॉक्टर ने चेकअप के बाद उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। पुलिस ने कहा कि मौत की वजह ऑटोप्सी रिपोर्ट मिलने के बाद ही सामने आ सकेगी।

भारतीय रेलवे ने आंध्र प्रदेश के पेंडुर्थी और कोट्टवालसा लाइन के बीच एक केंद्र पर सिर्फ साढ़े चार घंटे के अंदर अंडरब्रिज का निर्माण पूरा कर लिया। दरअसल, इस रेल मार्ग पर चार ट्रैक हैं, जिसके चलते इसकी गिनती राज्य के सबसे व्यस्त रेलमार्गों में होती है। इसके चलते लोगों को क्रॉसिंग नंबर-484 पार करने में लंबा वक्त लगता था। रेलवे के एक अधिकारी के मुताबिक, अंडरब्रिज को बनाने का काम 2017 में आवंटित हुआ था। इसका काम कुछ ही दिनों पहले पूरा हुआ है। हालांकि, 30 मीटर लंबा सब-वे बनाने में रेलवे ने सिर्फ 4.5 घंटे का समय लिया।
