A 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a judo instructor at a school, police said on Saturday. According to a complaint lodged by the victim's father, the minor had joined a judo karate course in a school located in Kankarkheda police station area. On June 2, the girl along with her brother went for the classes at around 7 am. The instructor around 10 am allegedly dismissed all the children but stopped the victim on the pretext of extra practice, he said in the complaint. The instructor took the girl to the guard's room and raped her and later told her brother that she has been hurt due to stretching and was bleeding and dressing has to be done. Immovable property documents, "fake" question papers and bank account details of some people were seized following recent raids in a money laundering case linked to alleged leaks of teacher recruitment exam papers in Rajasthan, the ED said on Friday. The searches were conducted at 27 locations in the state, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Dungarpur, Barmer, Sikar and Jalore, on June 5 as part of the probe into the alleged senior teachers grade II paper leak case and the REET paper leak case. The senior teachers grade II exam was conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) last year, while Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET) was conducted by the state education board in 2021. The money laundering case stems from the FIRs filed by the Rajasthan Police's special operations group (SOG). A two-lane Jaiswal bridge over the Chenab river in Ramban district along the Jammu-Srinagar national highway has been completed, Union minister Nitin Gadkari said on Wednesday, reiterating his commitment to provide exceptional highway infrastructure in the Union Territory. Earlier, the bridge missed two back-to-back deadlines between March and April but its completion came just a few weeks before the start of the two-month-long annual pilgrimage to 3,880-metre high holy cave shrine of Amarnath in south Kashmir Himalayas. The Neral-Matheran narrow gauge 'toy train' will remain suspended between June 10 to October 15 for safety reasons, the Central Railway said on Tuesday. The train services are stopped during monsoon every year for fear of landslides or stone fall. The CR's announcement, notably, came three days after the train derailed while on the way down to Neral though no passenger suffered injuries. Shuttle services between Matheran and Aman Lodge, the station close to Dasturi point beyond which vehicles are not allowed, will remain operational during the monsoon, the CR release said. Six pairs of regular passenger services and one 'material special' service will be operated daily from Monday to Friday between Matheran and Aman Lodge stations, it added. Two additional special shuttle services will be operated on weekends. A fresh petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the suspension of internet services in the violence-hit state of Manipur since May 3. The petition filed by advocate Chongtham Victor Singh and businessman Mayengbam James in the Supreme Court said their lives and livelihood have been severely affected by the statewide internet shutdown. Chongtham Victor Singh told ANI that there has been a complete blockade of internet access across the state for almost a month and it's causing significant harm to people's day-to-day lives and their fundamental rights. India's cheetah project is progressing well beyond the initial projections made before the animals were translocated, said Namibia-based Cheetah Conservation Fund which is helping the Indian government reintroduce the animals in the country. Temple authorities in Uttarakhand's Haridwar, Rishikesh and Dehradun districts have imposed a ban on the entry of devotees not wearing appropriate clothing. Mahant Ravindra Puri, secretary of the Mahanirvani Panchayati Akhara, on Sunday said a formal ban has been imposed on the entry of "scantily-clad men and women" into the Daksh Prajapati Mandir (Haridwar), Tapkeshwar Mahadev Mandir (Dehradun) and the Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir (Rishikesh). "Only women who have their bodies covered up to 80 per cent can enter these temples," Puri, who is also president of the Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad, said. कुख्यात गैंगस्टर लॉरेंस बिश्नोई का फिरौती मांगने का एक ऑडियो सामने आया है. जेल के अंदर से लॉरेंस बिश्नोई ने एक बड़े बिजनसमैन और बुकी से लाखों की फिरौती मांगी थी. दिल्ली पुलिस के सूत्रों का दावा है कि यह ऑडियो लॉरेंस बिश्नोई का है. इसमें लॉरेंस बुकी सचिन जैन को कच्चा चबाने की धमकी दे रहा है.  सूत्रों के अनुसार ऑडियो में जिस 'गूगल' को लॉरेंस धमका रहा है वह एक फर्म का नाम है, जिसमें तीन पार्टनर हैं. इसी कंपनी के एक मालिक सचिन जैन को लॉरेंस फिरौती के लिए धमका रहा था. उसने उससे बाद में 40 लाख रुपये वसूले भी थे. ऑडियो   गूगल: हैलो ? लॉरेंसः हां भाई बोल.   गूगल : बाऊजी आपका फोन कट गया था, मैंने कहा.  लॉरेंस : तू पहचानता ही नहीं गूगल न भाई. तू रिकॉर्डिंग लगानी है तो लगा तू लेना. जिस दिन कोई हत्थे चढ़ गया ना तुम में से कोई भी, या तेरे आसपास के, नजदीक के या परिवार के लोगों को तो मैं कच्चा चबा जाऊंगा. ये मेरी रिकॉर्डिंग कर लेना बाद में केस करने में आसानी होगी तुमको.   गूगल : किस चीज का केस करने में आसानी होगी, जब मैंने काम .... ही बंद कर दिया, तो मैं किस चीज के ...

इस महीने की 12 तारीख को होने वाली विपक्षी दलों की बैठक को फिलहाल टाल दिया गया है. सूत्रों के अनुसार कांग्रेस और डीएमके के अनुरोध पर फिलहाल इस बैठक को टाला गया है. इस बैठक में 2024 में होने वाले  लोकसभा चुनाव  को लेकर रणनीति पर चर्चा करने की बात की जा रही थी. विपक्ष के एक बड़े नेता ने एनडीटीवी से कुछ दिन पहले कहा था कि ये एक "तैयारी बैठक" है. इसे मुख्य बैठक मत समझिए, प्रमुख बैठक तो बाद में होगी.  ऐसे तय हुई तारीख बैठक की तारीख बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार, जिन्होंने 2024 के आम चुनावों से पहले विपक्षी एकता के लिए वार्ताकार के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए स्वेच्छा से काम किया, के कुछ दिन बाद ही तय की गई थी. उन्होंने दिल्ली में कांग्रेस प्रमुख मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे और राहुल गांधी से मुलाकात की थी.  विपक्ष को एकजुट करने में जुटे नीतीश कुमार नीतीश कुमार सभी समान विचारधारा वाले विपक्षी दलों को एक साथ लाने की योजना बना रहे हैं. और इसके लिए ममता बनर्जी, अरविंद केजरीवाल और समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रमुख अखिलेश यादव जैसे नेताओं को समझा पाने में सफल रहे हैं.  खास बात ये है कि ...
