दिल्ली में चीनी ऐप के जरिए ब्लैकमेलिंग और ठगी, 18 आरोपी गिरफ्तार

चीनी ऐप के जरिए लोन देने के नाम पर ठगी और ब्लैकमेलिंग करने वाले एक बड़े गैंग का उत्तरी दिल्ली पुलिस ने भंडाफोड़ किया है. यह ठगी एक फर्जी कॉल सेंटर के जरिए की जा रही थी. पुलिस ने कॉल सेंटर में छापेमारी कर 18 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है. पुलिस ने मुताबिक आरोपी लोगों को इस कदर तंग करते थे कि ब्लैकमेल करने के लिए उन्होंने एक शख्स को उसी की बेटी का न्यूड फोटो भेज दिया.

उत्तरी दिल्ली पुलिस के डीसीपी सागर सिंह कलसी के मुताबिक कॉल सेंटर चलाने वालों ने अब तक सैकड़ों लोगों से लोन के नाम पर अवैध वसूली की है. इस मामले में दिल्ली के संगम विहार में चल रहे एक कॉल सेंटर के 18 कर्मचारियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है. यह आरोपी DIOSCLES लोन ऐप के जरिए लोगों को धोखे देते थे. वे लोन देने के नाम पर दूसरों के नाम और डेटा का गलत इस्तेमाल करते थे. 

दरअसल उत्तरी दिल्ली के साइबर थाने में एक गृह मंत्रालय के साइबर क्राइम रिपोर्टिंग पोर्टल से एक शिकायत मिली. दिल्ली के मजनू का टीला सिविल लाइन के नरेश भाटी ने अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि उनके मोबाइल पर एक महिला ने कॉल किया. महिला ने उन्हें धमकाया कि उनकी बेटी ने 3500 रुपये का लोन लिया है, जिसे आपको लिंक के माध्यम से जमा करना होगा, अन्यथा आपकी बेटी की न्यूड फोटो वायरल हो जाएगी. 

इसके बाद किसी ने उनकी बेटी की न्यूड फोटो बनाकर उनके व्हाट्सऐप नंबर पर भेज दी. उनकी बेटी के लिए आपत्तिजनक शब्द भी इस्तेमाल किए. इस शिकायत के बाद साइबर पुलिस ने जांच शुरू की. कॉल डिटेल रिकॉर्ड्स और मनी ट्रेल की तकनीकी जानकारी जुटाने के बाद उस नंबर का पता लगाया जिससे कॉल की जाती थी. वह फोन दिल्ली के संगम विहार इलाके से चल रहा था. 

पांच अप्रैल को संगम विहार में छापा मारा गया और एक लड़की रेणु को गिरफ्तार किया गया. उसने बताया कि वह कॉल सेंटर में काम कर रही है, जो दिल्ली के ईस्ट ऑफ़ कैलाश में स्थित है. लड़की द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के बाद तत्काल टीम ने छापा मारा. वहां कॉल सेंटर चलता हुआ मिला जिसमें उस समय लगभग 50 लोग काम कर रहे थे. 

स्टाफ से पूछताछ करने पर पता चला कि कई बहुत सारे कर्मचारी चीनी लोन ऐप कंपनी में काम कर रहे थे. कुल 18 लोग जो चीनी ऐप पर लोन देने का काम करते थे, उन्हें मौके से गिरफ्तार किया गया. टीम मैनेजर अमित दिल्ली के सरिता विहार का रहने वाला है. उसे भी गिरफ्तार किया गया है. 

जांच के दौरान मैनेजर ने बताया कि लगभग तीन साल पहले उसकी मोहसिन खान से मुलाकात हुई थी. वह कई कॉल सेंटरों में काम कर चुका था. दोनों ने चीनी लोन ऐप का कॉल सेंटर शुरू किया. मोहसिन खान और उसकी महिला दोस्त फिरदौस इन फर्जी चीनी एप्स के लिए लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड जुटाती थी. कॉल सेंटर के कर्मचारी VOIP सिम बॉक्स गेटवे के माध्यम से कॉल करते थे, जो कि मोहसिन ने इंस्टॉल किए थे. वे उसे रोज बदलते रहते थे ताकि पुलिस की कार्रवाई से बचा जा सके. 

लोन का भुगतान चीनी ऐप के दिए गए लिंक पर किया जाता था और मोहसिन अपने ऊपर बैठे आकाओं से अपना कमीशन का हिस्सा प्राप्त करता था. पुलिस ने इस छापेमारी के दौरान डाटा सर्वर को अपने कब्जे में लेकर सारा डाटा अपने पास संरक्षित कर लिया. यदि पुलिस की कार्रवाई में देरी हो जाती तो यह साइबर अपराधी इस सारे डाटा को पुलिस से बचने के लिए नष्ट कर सकते थे. मोहसिन और फिरदोश की तलाश में नार्थ डिस्ट्रिक्ट साइबर थाने की टीम पंजाब में दबिश दे रही है. पुलिस ने कॉल सेंटर से 54 कम्प्यूटर और 19 मोबाइल फोन बरामद किए हैं.

Probe Begins Into Congress Leader's Illegal Phone Cloning Complaint

Kerala police on Friday began an investigation into a complaint filed by AICC general secretary K C Venugopal which said that hackers had illegally cloned his mobile number and made fraudulent calls with ulterior motives. Mr Venugopal had on Wednesday posted a copy of his complaint on Twitter, saying hackers were using caller ID spoofing to make spam calls from his cloned phone number.

In his complaint filed with the state police chief, the senior Congress leader referred to instances where two persons allegedly received such illegal phone calls. The DGP then forwarded the complaint to the Kochi city police commissioner.

Kochi City Police Commissioner K Sethu Raman told PTI that the district cyber cell had begun a probe based on Venugopal's complaint.

He said it was possible for hackers use certain applications to clone one's phone and engage in fraudulent activities.

Mr Venugopal has alleged that persons unknown to him had been contacting certain individuals from cloned SIM cards impersonating himself or someone from his staff "for ulterior motives and/or duping individuals of their money." "It is absolutely necessary that appropriate legal proceedings, including criminal investigation under the prevailing laws, are initiated forthwith against the said unidentified persons so that they are unable to cause any harm," he said.

पाकिस्तान सिंगर 15 साल की उम्र में जीता फिल्मफेयर 

नाजिया हसन एक पाकिस्तानी पॉप सिंगर थीं, जिन्हें बॉलीवुड में पहला चांस दिया था फिरोज खान ने. बताया जाता है कि फिरोज खान नाजिया हसन से लंदन में हई एक पार्टी में मिले थे, और वहीं नाजिया हसन की आवाज के मुरीद हो गए. इसके बाद नाजिया हसन को उन्होंने फिल्म कुर्बानी में गाना गाने का मौका दिया. नाजिया हसन की आवाज में ये  गाना इस कदर फेमस हुआ कि जीनत अमान, फिरोज खान और विनोद खन्ना सरीखे स्टार्स का फेम फीका रह गया. सारी लाइमलाइट बटोर ली नाजिया हसन ने. छोटी सी उम्र में ही अपने इस डिस्को सॉन्ग के लिए नाजिया हसन ने फिल्म फेयर अवॉर्ड भी जीत लिया. उन दिनों ये गाना भी हर महफिल की शान बन चुका था.नाजिया हसन ने म्यूजिक की दुनिया में कदम महज 10 साल की उम्र में रख दिया था. उनके पहले एल्बम का नाम था डिस्को दीवाने, जो सुपरहिट साबित हुआ था. उनका करियर छोटा रहा लेकिन कामयाब रहा. जिसमें उन्होंने बूम बूम, यंग तरंग जैसे और भी कई गीत गाए.

नाजिया हसन की शादीशुदा जिंदगी 

साल 1995 में नाजिया हसन ने इश्तियाक बेग नाम के शख्स से शादी रचाई थी. इश्तियाक बेग पेशे से एक बिजनेस मैन थे. शादी के दो साल बाद नाजिया हसन ने बेटे को जन्म दिया. नाजिया हसन का करियर जिस तेजी से और खूबसूरती के साथ ऊंचे मुकाम पर पहुंचा, शादीशुदा जिंदगी इतनी खुशनुमा नहीं रही. रिश्ते में तनाव बढ़ने लगा तो नाजिया हसन ने अपने पति इश्तियाक बेग से तलाक ले लिया. ये भी क्या इत्तेफाक है कि तनाव से बचने के लिए नाजिया हसन ने तलाक लिया. लेकिन जिंदगी ने तलाक के दस दिन बाद ही उन्हें अलविदा कह दिया. कैंसर के चलते लंदन में इलाज के दौरान 35 साल की उम्र में उनका निधन हो गया.

Anti-Terror Agency Arrests Man In Chennai Over Attempt To Revive LTTE

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has seized a huge cache of cash, gold and drugs, and has arrested one person in connection with the Indo-Sri Lankan illegal drugs, arms trade and hawala racket case aimed at the revival of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), the agency said on Friday.

The anti-terror agency conducted searches on Thursday, at the Chennai residential and business premises of eight suspects in the case.

During the searches, it seized a huge cache of cash, gold bars, digital devices (mobile phones, memory cards), drugs and documents, along with other incriminating material.

The agency has also arrested one person during the raids. He has been identified as Ayyappan Nandhu. This took the number of total arrests in the Tamil Nadu case to 14.

As per NIA, Nandhu has been found to be managing the drug trade on behalf of Muhammed Asmin, a Sri Lankan refugee and a drug trafficker who had conspired with other accused to revive LTTE through drugs and arms trade.

Other 13 people were arrested earlier in December 2022 as part of raids conducted in 21 locations in Tamil Nadu following the registration of the case by the NIA in July 2022. The earlier raids had included the accommodation allotted to nine accused in Special Detention Camp, Trichy.

"Investigations into the case have shown that the proceeds of drugs and arms trade in Sri Lanka were received in India through Hawala agents, including one Shahid Ali of Chennai," said the NIA.

It was further found that the Hawala transactions to obtain the process of Drugs and Arms trade were done through hotels and businesses based in Mannadi, Chennai, said the agency.

Thursday's seizure included Rs 68 lakh Indian currency and 1,000 Singapore Dollars, nine Gold Biscuits (total 300 gram) from the shop of Shahid Ali.

The NIA has also recovered Rs 12 Lakhs in Indian currency from the Hotel - Orange Palace at Chennai.

उम्मीद हैं कि चीनी प्रशासन भारतीय पत्रकारों की मौजूदगी को सुगम बनाये रखेगा: विदेश मंत्रालय

भारत ने बृहस्पतिवार को उम्मीद जतायी कि चीनी प्रशासन अपने देश में भारतीय पत्रकारों की मौजूदगी को सुगम बनाना जारी रखेगा. विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अरिंदम बागची की यह टिप्पणी ऐसे समय में आई है जब चीन ने कुछ ही दिन पहले भारत के दो पत्रकारों के वीजा पर रोक लगाने का निर्णय किया है.

बागची ने इस बारे में एक सवाल के जवाब में कहा कि भारत में चीन के ऐसे कई पत्रकार हैं जिन्हें पत्रकारिता संबंधी कार्य करने के लिए भारतीय वीजा दिया गया है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘इस नजरिये से हमें उनके (चीनी पत्रकारों के) रिपोर्टिंग करने में कोई कठिनाई नहीं दिखाई देती है."

विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि जहां तक भारतीय पत्रकारों के चीन में काम करने का विषय है, ‘‘हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि चीनी प्रशासन अपने देश में भारतीय पत्रकारों की मौजूदगी और वहां से रिपोर्टिंग करना सुगम बनाना जारी रखेगा.'' उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘ हम इस संबंध में चीनी प्रशासन के सम्पर्क में हैं.''

बहरहाल, चीन ने अपने पत्रकारों की सुविधा को लेकर भारत से सहूलियत मांगी है. हालांकि, उसने दो भारतीय संवाददाताओं के वीजा पर रोक लगाने के हाल के कदम का बचाव किया है. चीन के विदेश मंत्रालय ने मंगलवार के सूचित किया कि समाचार पत्र‘‘द हिन्दू'' के चीन स्थित संवाददाता अनंत कृष्णन और बीजिंग स्थित प्रसार भारती संवाददाता अंशुमन मिश्रा के वीजा पर रोक लगायी जाती है जो अभी छुट्टी पर भारत में हैं और अगले आदेश तक लौट नहीं सकते.

चीन द्वारा दो भारतीय पत्रकारों के वीजा को निलंबित करनेके बारे में पूछे जाने पर चीनी विदेश मंत्रालय की प्रवक्ता माओ निंग ने कहा कि काफ समय से चीनी पत्रकारों के साथ भारत में भेदभावपूर्ण व्यवहार किया जाता है. चीनी प्रवक्ता ने दावा किया, ‘‘2017 में भारत ने चीनी पत्रकारों की वीजा अवधि को तीन माह से घटाकर एक माह कर दिया. भारत ने चीनी पत्रकारों को भारत में जाने की अनुमति मांगने वाले आवेदनों को नकार दिया.''

ISRO Successfully Completes Engine Test For Human Spaceflight Programme

ISRO on Thursday said it had completed the final long-duration hot test of human-rated L110-G Vikas engine for the planned qualification duration of 240 seconds, marking a major milestone in the journey towards the launch of the Gaganyaan human spaceflight programme.

The test was carried out at the ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri, Tamil Nadu.

"With this test all the planned qualification tests of the engine are completed successfully," ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation), the Bengaluru-headquartered national space agency said in a statement.

The air-lit liquid core stage of the human-rated launch vehicle (LVM3-G) uses two L110-G Vikas engines in clustered configuration. The design and realisation of L110 stage for Gaganyaan was carried out at the Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), and assembly and integration and testing were done at IPRC. The Engine Gimbal Control system was developed by Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC).

The Vikas engine uses storable propellants in a pump-fed gas generator cycle.

The human-rated Vikas engine has higher structural margins for sub-systems, improved assembly process and additional measurements for health monitoring. The development hot tests it was subjected to were conducted in a step-by-step manner at the Principal Test Stand, IPRC, the release said.

Nine engines had undergone 14 hot tests with a cumulative duration of 1,215 seconds, including four long-duration tests of 240 seconds each.

Drawn from the extensive legacy and experience of liquid rocket engine development, the test campaign envelopes extreme operating durations, off-nominal mixture ratios and thrust level conditions as compared to flight operating conditions, ISRO said.

Four sets of hardware used for this test programme were fabricated at various Indian industries.

Electro-mechanical Gimbal actuators and Command System module for engine pilot pressure control, with multiple redundancies were also qualified in the test. ISRO could complete the human-rated L110-G Vikas engine qualification within a short span of three years, it added

Jharkhand Man Gets Death Penalty For Murdering Family, Tutor

A court in Jharkhand's East Singhbhum district on Thursday sentenced a man to death for murdering his wife, two minor daughters and their private tutor inside his house in Kadma locality here two years ago.

The man, who is in his early 40s, also raped the tutor and tried to kill his business partner who managed to flee.

Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV Rajendra Kumar Sinha convicted Deepak Kumar, a fire brigade employee of a private company here, last week and pronounced the quantum of punishment on Thursday.

He was sentenced under various IPC sections including 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence) and 376(1) (rape).

The court also fined Kumar Rs 50,000 which would go to the family of the tutor.

He killed his wife Bina Kumar, daughters Divya and Sandhi and the private tutor using a hammer on April 12, 2021. However, his plan was to eliminate his business partner whom he thought cheated him of lakhs of rupees.

Kumar had fled after committing the crime but the police arrested him from Dhanbad after a few days.
