राहुल गांधी के लिए कांग्रेस का मेगा प्लान, 28-29 मार्च को 35 शहरों को बताएगी 'सच'

राहुल गांधी (Rahul Gandhi) मोदी सरनेम (Rahul Gandhi) को लेकर आपराधिक मानहानि केस में दो साल की सजा के बाद संसद की सदस्यता गंवा चुके हैं. हालांकि, सूरत की अदालत ने उन्हें आगे अपील के लिए 30 दिनों का वक्त दिया. इस पूरे मामले को लेकर कांग्रेस (Congress) समेत पूरा विपक्ष लामबंद हो चुका है. सोमवार को कांग्रेस की अगुवाई में विपक्ष ने संसद के दोनों सदनों में ब्लैक प्रोटेस्ट किया. कांग्रेस ने संसद में सरकार को घेरने के लिए रणनीति तैयार की है. इसके साथ ही पार्टी 28 और 29 मार्च को देश के 35 शहरों में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करके केंद्र सरकार और बीदेपी को घेरने की कोशिश करेगी. सीनियर कांग्रेस नेता जयराम रमेश ने ट्विटर पर इसकी जानकारी दी.

जयराम रमेश ने ट्वीट किया, 'कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता 28 और 29 मार्च को 35 शहरों में 'डेमोक्रेसी डिसक्वालिफाइड' पर प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करेंगे. इसके तरह अन्य मुद्दों के अलावा मोदी सरकार की वास्तविकता, नीरव मोदी और ललित मोदी को सरकार की क्लीन चिट पर भी प्रकाश डाला जाएगा.'

खरगे के घर हुई 16 दलों की बैठक
इससे पहले राज्यसभा के नेता प्रतिपक्ष और कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे के आवास पर सोमवार की शाम विपक्षी दलों के नेताओं की बैठक हुई. इसमें करीब 16 दलों के नेता शामिल हुए. हालांकि, उद्धव ठाकरे नहीं पहुंचे. ठाकरे विनायक दामोदर सावरकर पर दिए बयान को लेकर राहुल गांधी से नाराज हैं. मीटिंग का बॉयकॉट करके उन्हें अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की.

जेडीयू अध्यक्ष लल्लन सिंह का बड़ा ऐलान
खरगे के घर हुई बैठक में जेडीयू अध्यक्ष लल्लन सिंह ने बड़ा ऐलान किया. उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में विपक्ष एक होकर लड़ेगा.

खुद कार ड्राइव कर पहुंचे राहुल गांधी
इस बैठक में सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी भी पहुंचे. राहुल गांधी गाड़ी खुद ड्राइव करते हुए राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष के आवास पर आए थे. बगल की सीट पर सोनिया गांधी थीं. बैठक में जयराम रमेश, अधीर रंजन चौधरी, केसी वेणुगोपाल, प्रमोद तिवारी, रजनी पाटिल जैसे बड़े नेता भी शामिल थे.

विपक्ष से कौन-कौन आया?
सपा से रामगोपाल यादव और एसटी हसन, एनसीपी अध्यक्ष शरद पवार, जेडीयू के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजीव रंजन उर्फ लल्लन सिंह मीटिंग में शामिल हुए. इनके अलावा बीआरएस, सीपीएम, आरजेडी, सीपीआई, आईयूएमएल, एमडीएमके, केसी, तृणमूल कांग्रेस, आम आदमी पार्टी, जम्मू-कश्मीर नेशनल कांग्रेस, वीसीके, जेएमएम और एसएस के नेता भी बैठक में पहुंचे थे. कांग्रेस ने समान विचारधारा वाले नेताओं को आमंत्रित किया था.

Hours After Atiq Ahmed Moved To UP Jail, Gangster's Brother Joins Him

Gangster-politician Khalid Azim alias Ashraf was brought to the Naini Central Jail in Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh Monday evening amid tight security arrangements, hours after his brother Atiq Ahmed was escorted to the prison from Gujarat.

Ashraf and Atiq will be produced before a court on Tuesday, when it is likely to pass an order in a 17-year-old kidnapping case against them.

Ashraf, lodged in the Bareilly District Jail since July 2020, was brought to the Naini Central Jail Monday evening amid tight security arrangements, officials said. A police team accompanying him left Bareilly for Prayagraj Monday morning.

Atiq Ahmed was brought to the jail in Prayagraj from a prison in Gujarat. The police cavalcade bringing him reached the Naini Jail at 5.30 pm on Monday.

The brothers are named in several criminal cases, including the recent Umesh Pal murder case, police said.

"We Will Keep Fighting": Ashok Gehlot On Rahul Gandhi Disqualification

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot Sunday slammed the BJP over its allegation that Rahul Gandhi insulted OBCs with his "Modi surname" remark in 2019 and said his party has done a lot for the backward classes, including making an OBC leader like him Chief Minister thrice.

He also pointed out that his Chhattisgarh counterpart Bhupesh Baghel was also an OBC.

Rahul Gandhi was on Thursday sentenced to two years in jail by a Surat court in a 2019 criminal defamation case over his "why all thieves have Modi surname" remark. He was later disqualified from the Lok Sabha from the date of his conviction in the case.

Several BJP leaders, including party chief J P Nadda, have accused Rahul Gandhi of insulting Other Backward Classes (OBCs) with his remark.

Addressing a gathering at the Congress' day-long "Sankalp Satyagraha" at Rajghat, Mr Gehlot said Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted an "experiment" during the Gujarat polls in 2017 by saying that a Congress leader abused him and highlighted his OBC status.

In a repeat of that experiment, the BJP is claiming again before elections that Rahul Gandhi insulted OBCs, Mr Gehlot said.

"In 2017, when the BJP was losing the Gujarat elections, Modi ji played the OBC card against the Congress there. The BJP today again wants to run a campaign to mislead the OBCs," he alleged.

"Are fugitives like Nirav Modi and Lalit Modi OBCs?" he asked. "You are protecting fugitives such as Nirav Modi and Lalit Modi, and then saying Rahul Gandhi insulted OBCs. Can anyone forget what the Congress has done for OBCs, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes," Mr Gehlot posed.

"I have been made Chief Minister for the third time by Sonia ji and Rahul ji. I am an OBC. There is only one member of the OBC Mali community (in the assembly) and that is me," Mr Gehlot said what "bigger message" could be there for the OBCs than him being made chief minister again and again.

Elections are near and that is why they are raising this bogey of OBC insult, he alleged. "It is baseless." Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh also tweeted a video of Gehlot's remarks on the BJP's OBC charge.

In a tweet in Hindi, Jairam Ramesh also said, "Difference between words and actions! In 1992, the Congress government implemented the Mandal Commission. In 2006, the Congress government made a provision for reservation for OBCs in higher education. During 2011-12, the caste census of about 25 crore families was done by the Congress government."

"Whereas BJP has stopped the caste census," he added.

In his remarks, Mr Gehlot said the sacrifices of the Gandhi family are before everyone and Rahul Gandhi is constantly raising the issue of unemployment and high prices.

"They could not answer allegations raised by Rahul Gandhi in Parliament. I have never seen before that allegations are raised but instead of answering the prime minister has taken a vow of silence," Mr Gehlot said.

The BJP made allegations against Gandhi for his remarks abroad when he said what he had been saying in the country. It is the prime minister who should answer and apologise, he said.

"Rahul Gandhi has emerged as the voice of the country. We will keep fighting to ensure that democracy is kept alive in the country," the Rajasthan chief minister said.

सलमान खान को धमकी का मामला : मुंबई पुलिस ने एक व्यक्ति को राजस्थान से पकड़ा

मुंबई पुलिस ने अभिनेता सलमान खान को हाल में यहां उनके कार्यालय में धमकी भरा ईमेल भेजने के सिलसिले में राजस्थान से एक व्यक्ति को पकड़ा है. एक अधिकारी ने रविवार को यह जानकारी दी. उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्थान के रहने वाले व्यक्ति को बांद्रा थाने की टीम ने पकड़ा और उसे मुंबई लाया जा रहा है. पुलिस ने कहा कि आरोपी धाकड़ राम बिश्नोई (21) जोधपुर के लूणी थाना क्षेत्र के रोहिचा कलां गांव का रहने वाला है. उन्होंने कहा कि वह शस्त्र अधिनियम के एक मामले में जमानत पर है. जोधपुर के पुलिस उपायुक्त (पश्चिम) गौरव यादव ने कहा कि रविवार को मुंबई के बांद्रा थाने से एक टीम बिश्नोई को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए पहुंची. 

यादव ने कहा, ‘‘उन्होंने हमें बिश्नोई को हिरासत में लेने में मदद करने के लिए कहा. हमने उन्हें सहयोग दिया और बिश्नोई को मुंबई पुलिस को सौंप दिया.''

यादव ने कहा कि बिश्नोई को पिछले साल सितंबर में सरदारपुरा पुलिस ने अवैध हथियार रखने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया था और वह जमानत पर बाहर था. 

जोधपुर पुलिस के अधिकारियों ने कहा कि मारे गए पंजाबी गायक सिद्धू मूसेवाला के पिता को इसी तरह का धमकी भरा ईमेल भेजने के लिए 24 मार्च को बिश्नोई के खिलाफ पंजाब के मानसा में मामला दर्ज किया गया था. 

उन्होंने कहा कि रविवार को बिश्नोई को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए पंजाब पुलिस की एक टीम भी जोधपुर पहुंची थी. 

धमकी भरे ई-मेल के बारे में हाल में बांद्रा थाने में प्रशांत गुंजालकर द्वारा शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी. पुलिस के अनुसार, गुंजालकर अक्सर सलमान खान के बांद्रा स्थित आवास पर जाते हैं और फिल्म क्षेत्र से जुड़ी एक कंपनी चलाते हैं. 

पुलिस ने कहा था कि जब गुंजालकर हाल में गैलेक्सी अपार्टमेंट में खान के कार्यालय में मौजूद थे, तो उन्होंने देखा कि ‘रोहित गर्ग' नामक आईडी से एक ईमेल प्राप्त हुआ. ईमेल भेजने वाले ने हिंदी में लिखा, ‘‘गोल्डी भाई (गैंगस्टर गोल्डी बराड़) मामले को बंद करने के लिए सलमान खान से आमने-सामने बात करना चाहते थे. अगली बार, झटका देखने को मिलेगा.''

पुलिस के एक अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘‘मामले की विस्तृत तकनीकी जांच के बाद, पुलिस को आरोपी व्यक्ति के ठिकाने के बारे में जानकारी मिली. इसके बाद एक टीम राजस्थान भेजी गई और उस व्यक्ति को पकड़ लिया गया.''

उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिस की एक टीम अभिनेता को धमकी देने के संबंध में आरोपी से पूछताछ कर रही है. 

पुलिस के मुताबिक, धमकी भरा ई-मेल मिलने के बाद मुंबई पुलिस ने गैंगस्टर लॉरेंस बिश्नोई और गोल्डी बराड़ के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की थी.

Bansuri Swaraj Appointed Co-Convener Of Delhi BJP's Legal Cell

Bansuri Swaraj, the daughter of late Sushma Swaraj, has been appointed as co-convener of the legal cell of Delhi BJP, paving her entry into active politics.

Ms Swaraj practices law in the Supreme Court.

Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva, in his first appointment in the state unit, after taking over as full-time state president of the party, appointed Ms Swaraj as co-convener of the legal cell.

In a letter issued on Friday, Mr Sachdeva said that Ms Swaraj's appointment would come into force with immediate effect and hoped that she would strengthen the BJP.

Ms Swaraj said she was a qualified lawyer and had been helping the party in legal matters earlier as well.

"It is just that I have been formally given an opportunity to serve the party more actively in the capacity as a legal department co-convener of the Delhi BJP," she told

बिलकिस बानो केस का एक दोषी सरकारी कार्यक्रम में बीजेपी सांसद और विधायक के साथ नजर आया

बिलकिस बानो मामले में उम्रकैद की सजा पाए 11 दोषियों की समय से पहले रिहाई की अनुमति देने वाले गुजरात सरकार के आदेश को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कल सुनवाई होगी. इससे पहले इस मामले के दोषियों में से एक शैलेश चिमनलाल भट्ट ने दाहोद के बीजेपी के सांसद जसवंत सिंह भाभोर और विधायक शैलेश भाभोर के साथ शनिवार को मंच साझा किया. यह एक सरकारी कार्यक्रम था.

सरकार की हर घर जल योजना से संबंधित इस कार्यक्रम में बिलकिस बानो प्रकरण का दोषी शैलेश चिमनलाल भट्ट भाजपा सांसद और विधायक के बगल में बैठे देखा गया. यह कार्यक्रम दाहोद जिले के करमाडी गांव में 25 मार्च को हुआ था.

बिलकिस बानो मामले के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नई पीठ गठित की, सुनवाई सोमवार को

सुप्रीम कोर्ट 2002 के गुजरात दंगों के दौरान बिलकिस बानो सामूहिक बलात्कार मामले में 11 दोषियों की सजा में छूट को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर 27 मार्च को सुनवाई करेगा. जस्टिस केएम जोसेफ और जस्टिस बीवी नागरत्ना की पीठ कई राजनीतिक और नागरिक अधिकार कार्यकर्ताओं की ओर से दायर याचिकाओं और बानो द्वारा दायर एक रिट याचिका पर सुनवाई करेगी.

चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने 22 मार्च को मामले को तत्काल सूचीबद्ध करने का निर्देश दिया था और याचिकाओं की सुनवाई के लिए एक नई पीठ गठित करने पर सहमति व्यक्त की थी.

गौरतलब है कि चार जनवरी को जस्टिस अजय रस्तोगी और जस्टिस बेला एम त्रिवेदी की पीठ के समक्ष यह मामला आया था, लेकिन जस्टिस त्रिवेदी ने बिना कोई कारण बताए मामले की सुनवाई से खुद को अलग कर लिया था.

सभी 11 दोषियों को गुजरात सरकार ने सजा में छूट दी थी और पिछले साल 15 अगस्त को रिहा कर दिया था. 

बिलकिस बानो ने अपनी लंबित रिट याचिका में कहा है कि राज्य सरकार ने उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा निर्धारित कानून की पूरी तरह से अनदेखी करते हुए एक ‘यांत्रिक आदेश' पारित किया. उन्होंने कहा, 'बिलकिस बानो के बहुचर्चित मामले में दोषियों की समय से पहले रिहाई ने समाज की अंतरात्मा को झकझोर कर रख दिया है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप देश भर में कई आंदोलन हुए हैं.'

इसमें कहा गया है, 'जब देश अपना 76वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस मना रहा था, तो सभी दोषियों को समय से पहले रिहा कर दिया गया था और उन्हें सार्वजनिक रूप से माला पहनाई गई तथा उनका सम्मान किया गया एवं मिठाइयां बांटी गईं.'

दोषियों की रिहाई के खिलाफ मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (माकपा) नेता सुभाषिनी अली, स्वतंत्र पत्रकार रेवती लाल, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय की पूर्व कुलपति रूप रेखा वर्मा और तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) की सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा की ओर से दायर जनहित याचिकाएं शीर्ष अदालत के पास लंबित हैं.

घटना के वक्त बिलकिस बानो 21 साल की थीं और पांच महीने की गर्भवती भी थीं. गोधरा में साबरमती एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन के एक डिब्बे में आग की घटना के बाद भड़के दंगों के दौरान उसके साथ सामूहिक बलात्कार किया गया था और उसके परिवार के सात सदस्यों की हत्या कर दी गई थी, जिनमें तीन साल की एक बेटी भी शामिल थी.

"Mamata Banerjee Is Like A God We Worship: West Bengal Minister

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee can do no wrong as she is like a god, West Bengal minister Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay said on Sunday, asserting that even priests sometimes turn out to be thieves, but not gods.

Mr Chattopadhyay's comments, which triggered a controversy, came as the TMC battles allegations of irregularities in school recruitments with several of its top-rung leaders, including former education minister Partha Chatterjee, arrested.

"Mamata Banerjee is like a god who we worship. Even the priests worshipping the god can at times be a thief but not the god, the idol he worships," he said, addressing a public meeting at Khardah in North 24 Parganas district.

"Even I can be a thief, but not Mamata Banerjee," he added.

Mr Chattopadhyay, the agriculture minister, alleged that several irregularities happened in educational institutes during the CPI(M)'s rule but those were never investigated.

A person was appointed registrar of a university during the Left Front government, even though he did not have 50 per cent marks in graduation and post-graduation, he alleged, claiming that undeserving candidates were also appointed professors in various state-run varsities.

But these things were overlooked, the minister said.

CPI(M) MP Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya said the court has already dismissed the allegations being made by Mr Chattopadhyay.

"Now, people will punish them for their sins. They have lost ground among the people, so they are making such statements," he told PTI.

Reacting to Mr Chattopadhyay's comment about the chief minister, the BJP said that TMC leaders were making such statements in desperation.

"TMC will bite the dust in both panchayat and Lok Sabha elections if the polling is free and fair," BJP leader Rahul Sinha said.
