यूपी : 21 साल की बेटी के पास मिली प्रेग्नेंसी किट तो गला घोंटकर कर दी हत्या, फिर बॉडी पर डाल दिया तेजाब

उत्तर प्रदेश के कौशांबी जिले में 21 वर्षीय युवती की उसके माता-पिता ने कथित तौर पर गला घोंटकर हत्या कर दी. आरोपियों को अपनी बेटी के पास प्रेग्नेंसी किट पाए जाने के बाद उसके किसी युवक से संबंध होने का शक था. पुलिस ने यह जानकारी दी.

पुलिस ने बुधवार को बताया कि मंझनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के टेंन शाह आलमाबाद निवासी नरेश ने तीन फरवरी, 2023 को मंझनपुर थाने में अपनी बेटी निशा की गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी. मंगलवार को निशा का शव एक नहर से मिला. पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है.

पुलिस अधीक्षक बृजेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि जांच के दौरान यह तथ्य प्रकाश में आया कि मृतका के पिता नरेश और मां शोभा देवी ने अपने घर में ही बेटी की तीन फरवरी को गला घोंटकर हत्या कर दी थी और इसके बाद पुलिस में गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी.

उन्होंने बताया कि शव की पहचान छिपाने के लिए मृतका के शरीर पर तेजाब डाल दिया गया था. अधिकारी ने कहा कि शव को ठिकाने लगाने में नरेश के दो सगे भाइयों गुलाब एवं रमेश ने भी सहयोग किया था.

पुलिस अधीक्षक के मुताबिक, मृतका के पिता नरेश ने पुलिस पूछताछ में बताया कि उसकी बेटी मोबाइल पर कई लड़कों से बात करती थी और उन्हें शक था कि युवती के किसी लड़के के साथ संबंध हैं.

आरोप है कि इसी बात से क्षुब्ध होकर नरेश ने अपनी पत्नी शोभा के साथ मिलकर दुपट्टे से गला घोंटकर निशा की हत्या कर दी.

Kolkata Businessman Detained By Central Probe Agency In Coal Scam Case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday seized Rs 1 crore in cash and detained a businessman following searches at his office and residence in Kolkata's Ballygunge area in connection with their investigation into the coal scam, a senior officer said.

A three-member team of the ED searched different locations in Kolkata in connection with the case, he said.

"So far, Rs 1 crore in cash has been counted. The counting is still on and it may increase. The cash was kept hidden in different bags at the businessman's office and residence," the ED officer said.

"We have detained the businessman as he could not give appropriate answers on why he was keeping such a large amount at home. The investigation is underway," he added.

The team of the ED had reached Kolkata on Tuesday night, the officer said.

India Received Around $89127 Million, Highest Ever Remittances In 2021-21

India received foreign inward remittances of USD 89,127 million in 2021-22, which was the highest ever received in a single year, Union minister of state for finance Pankaj Chaudhary informed Parliament on Tuesday.

Pankaj Chaudhary stated this in a written reply to a question in Rajya Sabha.

In 2017-18, the remittances were at USD 69,129 million, and have been rising since, the minister said, quoting RBI data.

The Minister, however, stated that country-wise data on remittance are not compiled.

However, the minister shared the data of major countries in inward remittances to India. The US, UAE, the UK, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia are the top five major countries from where India receives such payments.

Further, on the value of the rupee, the minister stated that the value of the Indian rupee is market-determined and the RBI closely monitors the foreign exchange markets and intervenes only to maintain orderly market conditions by containing excessive volatility in the exchange rate, without reference to any pre-determined target level or band.

अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज के शेयरों में 14.8% का उछाल, ग्रुप के अधिकांश शेयर लाभ में

अडाणी समूह की प्रमुख कंपनी अडाणी एंटरप्राइजेज में गिरावट का रुख मंगलवार को पलट गया और इसमें 14.63 प्रतिशत की तेजी आई. कारोबार के दौरान यह ऊपरी सर्किट पर पहुंच गया था. अडाणी पोर्ट्स का मुनाफा दिसंबर तिमाही में घटा है लेकिन इसके बावजूद कंपनी का शेयर 1.33 प्रतिशत चढ़ा. 

अडाणी विल्मर 4.99 प्रतिशत, एसीसी 1.32 प्रतिशत और अंबुजा सीमेंट 1.12 प्रतिशत मजबूत हुए. हालांकि, अडाणी ग्रीन पांच प्रतिशत नीचे आया. अडाणी ट्रांसमिशन, अडाणी टोटल और अडाणी पावर भी नुकसान में रहे.

बता दें, घरेलू शेयर बाजारों में गिरावट मंगलवार को लगातार दूसरे दिन जारी रही और बीएसई सेंसेक्स 220 अंक से अधिक के नुकसान के साथ बंद हुआ. केंद्रीय बैंक के नीतिगत दर बढ़ाये जाने की संभावना के बीच दैनिक उपयोग का सामान बनाने वाली कंपनियों, धातु और वाहन शेयरों में बिकवाली से बाजार नीचे आया.

तीस शेयरों पर आधारित सेंसेक्स 220.86 अंक यानी 0.37 प्रतिशत की गिरावट के साथ 60,286.04 अंक पर बंद हुआ. वैश्विक बाजारों में मिले-जुले रुख के बीच सूचकांक स्थिर खुला और कारोबार के दौरान 60,655.14 से 60,063.49 अंक के दायरे में रहा.

सेंसेक्स के शेयरों में टाटा स्टील सबसे ज्यादा 5.23 प्रतिशत नीचे आया. मुख्य रूप से आय घटने और लागत बढ़ने से कंपनी को दिसंबर तिमाही में 2,501.95 करोड़ रुपये का शुद्ध घाटा हुआ है.

नुकसान में रहने वाले अन्य शेयरों में आईटीसी, सन फार्मा, मारुति, महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा, टाटा मोटर्स, एचसीएल टेक, विप्रो, इन्फोसिस, हिंदुस्तान यूनिलीवर, भारती एयरटेल और रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज शामिल हैं.

आरबीआई की मौद्रिक नीति की घोषणा से पहले बैंक शेयरों में मजबूती रही. कोटक बैंक सबसे ज्यादा 1.59 प्रतिशत चढ़ा. इसके अलावा इंडसइंड बैंक (1.22 प्रतिशत), एसबीआई (0.32 प्रतिशत) और एचडीएफसी बैंक (0.10 प्रतिशत) मजबूत हुए. इसके अलावा बजाज फाइनेंस, बजाज फिनसर्व, एलएंडटी और टीसीएस भी लाभ में रहे.

फेडरल रिजर्व के प्रमुख के संबोधन से पहले वैश्विक स्तर पर शेयर बाजारों में मिला-जुला रुख रहा. उनके संबोधन से ब्याज के बारे में संकेत मिलेगा.

एशिया के अन्य बाजारों में जापान का निक्की नुकसान में जबकि चीन का शंघाई कंपोजिट, हांगकांग का हैंगसेंग लाभ में रहे.

यूरोप के प्रमुख बाजारों में शुरुआती कारोबार में मिला-जुला रुख था.

शेयर बाजार के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, विदेशी पोर्टफोलियो निवेशकों ने सोमवार को 1,218.14 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य के शेयर बेचे.

इस बीच, अंतरराष्ट्रीय तेल मानक ब्रेंट क्रूड वायदा 0.79 प्रतिशत चढ़कर 81.78 डॉलर प्रति बैरल पर पहुंच गया.

Married Daughters To Have Equal Right To Jobs On Compassionate Grounds: Madhya Pradesh

The Madhya Pradesh government on Tuesday decided to amend the rules so that like sons, married daughters of deceased government employees have an equal right to get a job on compassionate grounds.

The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in Bhopal.

"The cabinet has decided that like sons, married daughters also have equal right to get appointment on compassionate grounds," said Medical Education Minister Vishvas Sarang, speaking to the media.

The General Administration Department was directed to carry out necessary amendment to the rules, he added.

Earlier this year, the MP High Court's Indore bench had directed the government to give a job to the married daughter of a deceased employee.

The cabinet on Tuesday decided to make this an official policy citing the court verdict, officials said.

Mr Sarang said the decision will have far-reaching consequences for women's empowerment.

Among other things, the cabinet also decided to provide milch cattle to eligible families from Baiga, Saharia and Bharia tribal communities in a bid to provide them livelihood.

Under the scheme, each family will be given two milch animals, Mr Sarang said.

Cattle products including milk, cow-dung, gau-mutra will be linked to the market through cooperatives, he added.

The cabinet also approved Suraj Niti-2023, a scheme to provide land freed from encroachment for housing to the poor as announced by the chief minister earlier, he said.

उत्तर प्रदेश : एक सप्ताह पहले लापता हुई युवती का शव बरामद

उत्तर प्रदेश के कौशांबी जिले के मंझनपुर थाना क्षेत्र से एक सप्ताह पहले गायब हुई युवती का शव मंगलवार को गांव के बाहर एक नहर के किनारे मिला है. पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है. साथ ही मामले की जांच जांच शुरू कर दी है. पुलिस अधीक्षक बृजेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने बताया थाना क्षेत्र के टेन शाह आलमाबाद गांव निवासी निशा (20) गत 31 जनवरी से लापता थी. निशा का पता न लगने पर तीन फरवरी को परिजनो ने उसकी गुमशुदगी की प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी.

श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि मंगलवार को गांव के बाहर एक नहर किनारे निशा का शव मिला जो चार-पांच दिन पुराना प्रतीत हो रहा है. मौके पर पहुंची फॉरेंसिक टीम ने नमूले एकत्र किए हैं. शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया है. पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद आगे की विधिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी. मामले की जांच की जा रही है.

"I Share The Anguish": Jagdeep Dhankhar On President's Address Boycott

Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on Tuesday expressed anguish over two political parties abstaining the President's address to the Joint Sitting of Parliament last week, saying it is for the "first time" in the country's history that a "proclaimed boycott" has taken place.

He was apparently referring to the boycott of the address by the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on January 31, the first day of the Budget Session.

"I share the anguish of many in the country that we created history of sorts. There have been walkouts, there have been something in the House when the Hon'ble president addressed the joint session of Parliament. But it was for the first time in our country that political parties proclaimed boycott," Dhankhar said.

He made the remarks in Rajya Sabha after senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh completed his speech on the 'Motion of Thanks on the President's Address'. He, however did not name any party.

Dhankhar, who is the vice president of India, also expressed dismay, saying even when President Droupadi Murmu was addressing the joint sitting, an "orchestrated" campaign was taking place outside.

"Let us have respect for the highest constitutional office in every sense of the term," he added.

As he made the remarks, Opposition MPs of some parties were heard making their observations.

Dhankhar said if one examines the Constitution, he or she will find that Parliament consists of the president and the two Houses -- Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

The chairman also expunged certain "in flows" of observations made for the president by Singh in his speech during the discussion in the House. Singh himself also had immediately withdrawn his remarks. The House took up the Motion of Thanks after three days of disruption of proceedings following vociferous demand by Opposition parties for taking up the issues related to allegations against Adani Group of companies.
