PM मोदी के कारण ही राहुल गांधी के लिए लाल चौक पर तिरंगा फहराना संभव हो पाया : बीजेपी

भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी के सरकार और राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) पर ‘‘अवांछित और अनुचित'' तरीके से निशाना साधने की निंदा की. बीजेपी ने कहा कि राहुल गांधी को यह स्वीकार करना चाहिए कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार द्वारा बनाये गये बेहतर माहौल की वजह से ही वह श्रीनगर के लाल चौक पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहरा सके.

बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने कहा कि यह मोदी का निर्णायक नेतृत्व है जिसने अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त किया, जिससे घाटी में शांति का माहौल बनाया और अब स्वतंत्रता दिवस और गणतंत्र दिवस पर तिरंगा फहराया जा रहा है.

बीजेपी प्रवक्ता एवं पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौर ने एक बयान में कहा, ‘‘राहुल गांधी लाल चौक पर गर्व के साथ तिरंगा फहरा रहे हैं. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और उनकी सरकार ने कश्मीर में ऐसा माहौल बना दिया है कि हर भारतीय वहां गर्व के साथ तिरंगा फहरा सकता है. राहुल गांधी को तिरंगा फहराने के लिए मोदी जी को धन्यवाद देना चाहिए.''

कश्मीर में कांग्रेस द्वारा आतंकवाद से निपटने को लेकर कटाक्ष करते हुए प्रसाद ने संवाददाताओं से कहा कि मनमोहन सिंह और सोनिया गांधी के 10 साल के शासन में और आमतौर पर कांग्रेस के शासनकाल में क्या हुआ, लोगों को पता है. उन्होंने कहा कि घाटी में शांति लौटने से पर्यटकों की संख्या कई गुना बढ़ गई है.

पूर्व विधि मंत्री ने कहा, ‘‘वास्तव में दुखद बात यह है कि इस तथाकथित यात्रा के 3,000 किलोमीटर से अधिक की दूरी तय करने के बाद भी आरएसएस और बीजेपी के बारे में गांधी का दृष्टिकोण वैसा ही है क्योंकि उन्होंने निराधार आक्षेप किये. यह ‘भारत जोड़ो यात्रा' नहीं है, बल्कि बीजेपी सरकार और विशेष रूप से प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के खिलाफ एक राजनीतिक अभियान है.''

उन्होंने कहा कि सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु गांधी को यह स्वीकार करने की जरूरत है कि श्रीनगर में राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने के लिए उनके लिए बेहतर परिस्थितियां किसने बनाईं. प्रसाद ने कहा कि गांधी ने फिर से कुछ बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाए.

गांधी ने आरएसएस और बीजेपी पर देश में विभाजन और नफरत फैलाने का आरोप लगाया और कहा कि सोमवार को समाप्त होने वाली उनकी यात्रा का उद्देश्य एक वैकल्पिक दृष्टिकोण प्रदान करना है. गांधी ने रविवार को अपनी ‘भारत जोड़ो यात्रा' के तहत श्रीनगर में लाल चौक के ऐतिहासिक घंटाघर पर कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराया.

प्रसाद ने कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष को याद दिलाया कि उनके पिता राजीव गांधी, दादी इंदिरा गांधी और जवाहरलाल नेहरू, आरएसएस के बारे में‘‘अपशब्द'' कहते रहे, लेकिन यह अपने सहयोगी संगठनों के साथ मजबूत होता चला गया जबकि विपक्षी दल पिछड़ रहा है.

इस बीच, बीजेपी की जम्मू-कश्मीर इकाई के अध्यक्ष रवींद्र रैना ने जम्मू में कहा कि कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी द्वारा श्रीनगर के ऐतिहासिक लाल चौक पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने का श्रेय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को जाता है, जिन्होंने अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाकर घाटी में स्थिति को ‘‘सामान्य'' किया.

रैना ने कहा, ‘‘राहुल गांधी ने लाल चौक पर तिरंगा फहराया और वह प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की नीतियों के कारण ऐसा कर पाए, जिन्होंने अनुच्छेद 370 (2019 में) को निरस्त करके अलगाववाद और आतंकवाद को करारा जवाब दिया था और राष्ट्रवादी ताकतों को मजबूत कर क्षेत्र में शांति का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया था.''

उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने पिछले सात दशकों में ज्यादातर समय देश पर शासन किया, लेकिन इसके किसी भी नेता ने लाल चौक पर ‘‘तिरंगा फहराने'' की हिम्मत नहीं की थी. उन्होंने कहा कि मोदी ने बीजेपी के तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष मुरली मनोहर जोशी के साथ उसी स्थान पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराया था जब 1990 में आतंकवाद अपने चरम पर था.

बीजेपी नेता ने कहा, ‘‘मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के प्रयासों से आज कश्मीर में शांति का माहौल लौट आया है . गांधी लाल चौक पर जाकर तिरंगा फहरा सके हैं, जो उनकी पार्टी का कोई भी नेता पिछले 70 वर्षों में नहीं कर सका था.''

जम्मू-कश्मीर के लिए कांग्रेस प्रभारी रजनी पाटिल के हाल के उस बयान का जिक्र करते हुए कि गांधी लाल चौक पर तिरंगा नहीं फहराएंगे क्योंकि यह राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) का एजेंडा है और गांधी लाल चौक के बजाय पार्टी मुख्यालय में राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराएंगे, रैना ने कहा, ‘‘चलो देर से ही सही, कांग्रेस ने आरएसएस के राष्ट्रवादी एजेंडे पर काम करना शुरू कर दिया है... हम गांधी और उनकी पार्टी के नेताओं से कहना चाहते हैं कि वे आरएसएस के सदस्यों से सीखें, जिनके दिल में राष्ट्रवादी भावना है और वे देश के लिए काम करते हैं.''

छत्तीसगढ़: सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की शिकार लड़की ने बच्चे को दिया जन्म, तीन गिरफ्तार, मुख्य आरोपी फरार

 छत्तीसगढ़ के कोरबा जिले में पिछले साल जून में सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की शिकार हुई 13 वर्षीय एक लड़की ने हाल में बच्चे के जन्म दिया है. वहीं, इस मामले में एक लड़के सहित कुल तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है. पुलिस ने रविवार को यह जानकारी दी. उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्य आरोपी अब भी फरार है. पुलिस ने बताया कि भयभीत लड़की ने अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को अपनी आपबीती नहीं बताई थी और बच्चे के जन्म से वे चौंक गए तथा पुलिस में आरोपियों के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई.

इस संबंध में एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘‘सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की घटना पिछले साल 22 जून को हुई थी. मुख्य आरोपी तीन साथियों के साथ लड़की को अपने साथ तब ले गया था जब वह घर पर अकेली थी.'' उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी लोग लड़की को सुनसान जगह पर ले गए और सामूहिक दुष्कर्म करने के बाद धमकी दी कि अगर वह किसी को इस बारे में बताएगी तो नतीजे भुगतने पड़ेंगे. अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘‘भयभीत लड़की ने घटना की जानकारी किसी को नहीं दी, लेकिन यह मामला तब सामने आया जब पीड़िता को प्रसव पीड़ा हुई और उसने 26 जनवरी को अपने घर पर ही बच्चे को जन्म दिया.''

उन्होंने बताया कि इसके बाद परिवार के सदस्यों ने पुलिस से संपर्क किया और भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा- 363 (अपहरण), धारा- 376(दुष्कर्म), 376(डी) (सामूहिक दुष्कर्म), धारा-506 बी (आपराधिक धमकी) और पॉक्सो अधिनियम की धारा-6 के तहत शुक्रवार को प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई. अधिकारी ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में से दो की उम्र क्रमश: 21 और 22 साल है, लेकिन नाबालिग लड़के की उम्र की जानकारी नहीं मिली है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘नाबालिग लड़के सहित तीनों आरोपियों को पकड़ लिया गया है और शनिवार को अदालत ने उन्हें जेल भेज दिया. मुख्य आरोपी अब भी फरार है जिसे पकड़ने की कोशिश की जा रही है.''

Beating Retreat Ceremony Held Amid Rains, Marks End To R-Day Celebrations

Rains failed to dampen the spirit of Beating Retreat ceremony held at the historic Vijay Chowk on Sunday as Indian classical tunes played by bands of the armed forces filled the air, marking the end of Republic Day celebrations.

Foot-tapping music marked the beginning of the ceremony with the arrival of President Droupadi Murmu. She was welcomed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

Prime Minister Modi got drenched as he moved around outside the sheltered area, waving at the audience after the ceremony was over.

For the first time, a 3-D anamorphic projection was done on the facade of North Block and South Block.

As many as 29 Indian tunes were played by the music bands of the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the State Police and the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF).

Never missing a step despite the wet ground, the bands began playing the "Agniveer" tune followed by the enthralling tunes like "Almora", "Kedar Nath", "Sangam Dur", "Queen of Satpura", "Bhagirathi" and "Konkan Sundari".

The Air Force's band played "Aprajey Arjun", "Charkha", "Vayu Shakti", "Swadeshi", while fascinating "Ekla Cholo Re", "Hum Taiyyar Hai", and "Jai Bharati" were played by the band of the Navy.

The Army's band played "Shankhnaad", "Sher-e-Jawan", "Bhupal", "Agranee Bharat", "Young India", "Kadam Kadam Badhaye Ja", "Drummers Call", and "Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon".

The event came to a close with the ever-popular tune "Sare Jahan se Accha".

In a magnificent sight, the contrast of the bands playing with the lights on their instruments on and then playing "Aye mere watan ke logon", with the same lights switched off, cast an ethereal spell on the Vijay Chowk.

The drone show involving 3,500 indigenous drones was, however, cancelled due to bad weather, officials said.

"The drone show could not take place due to bad weather. Lot of preparations had gone into it," a senior official said.

The principal conductor of the ceremony was Flight Lieutenant Leimapokpam Rupachandra Singh. While the Army band was led by Sub Maj Diggar Singh, the Naval and Air Force band commanders were M Anthoni Raj and Warrant Officer Ashok Kumar, respectively.

The conductor of the State Police and CAPF bands was Assistant Sub-Inspector Prem Singh.

The buglers performed under the leadership of Naib Subedar Santosh Kumar Pandey, and pipes and drums band was played under the instructions of Subedar Major Baswaraj Vagge.

The ceremony, which traces its origins to the early 1950s when Major Roberts of the Indian Army indigenously developed the unique ceremony of display by the massed bands.

Now, it has emerged as an event of national pride when the colours and standards are paraded.

"It marks a centuries-old military tradition, when the troops ceased fighting, sheathed their arms and withdrew from the battlefield and returned to the camps at sunset at the sounding of the Retreat," a Defence Ministry statement said on Saturday.

Uma Bharti To "Stay In Temple" Over Madhya Pradesh's New Liquor Policy

BJP leader Uma Bharti has once again hit the headlines for her move against liquor sale in Madhya Pradesh.

Ms Bharti on Saturday said, "New liquor policy will be introduced on January 31 in the state, till then I will remain in the shelter of God."

Ahead of the introduction of the new liquor policy, Ms Bharti will stay at Panchmukhi Hanuman and Durga temple located in Ayodhya Nagar locality in the state capital Bhopal for the next three days demanding the policy be made more stringent.

Notably, a liquor shop is situated in front of the above-mentioned temple in the city. Ms Bharti said, "The one to be destroyed is in front (liquor shop), the one from whom to gain power is behind (temple). I have come here because I had a lot of trouble. There is a temple of Goddess Durga and Lord Hanuman but in front of it just 50 metres away there is a liquor shop and bar."

"On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti when it was time of Navratri on October 2, 2022, a group of a few women had taken out a march against liquor sale. During this, the state government had made the announcement that they would consult on liquor policy and also said about revenue that would not consider it as a huge basis for recovery. The government also said that they had understood the problem of women and also would try to find a way for taverns," she said.

"I have full faith in CM Chouhan, but there is fear that those whom the government consulted may not have created any trouble. Now, I will hear on January 31, what decision has the government taken in the New Liquor Policy," She added.

"I believe that if the controlled liquor distribution system is implemented at my behest, then as many women will cast a vote that the record of 2003 will be repeated in Madhya Pradesh. Because everything gets washed away in alcohol as even Ladli Laxmiya is not safe to walk on the road and even residential people do not live happily. All the plans get destroyed and washed away in the flow of liquor. Therefore a healthy society has to be built and Madhya Pradesh will become the model state in the controlled liquor distribution system," Ms Bharti added.

गुरुग्राम के नाइट क्लब में ड्रग्स सेवन करने के संदेह में करीब 300 लोग हिरासत में लिए गए

शहर के उद्योग विहार फेज-3 में स्थित एक नाइट क्लब में मादक पदार्थों का कथित रूप से सेवन करने के आरोप में शनिवार को कुल 288 लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया. उद्योग विहार थाने में क्लब के तीन मालिकों, तीन प्रबंधकों और अन्य कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है. पुलिस के अनुसार, शनिवार को रात करीब दो बजे उद्योग विहार फेज-3 ‘कासा डांजा क्लब' में छापा मारा गया. उद्योग विहार के एसीपी मनोज कुमार ने बताया, ‘‘छापे के दौरान इन 288 लोगों की तलाशी में कोई मादक पदार्थ नहीं मिला है.क्लब खाली करने के बाद टीम ने वहां की सघन तलाशी भी ली.''

पुलिस ने मादक पदार्थों की 14 पुड़िया जब्त की है. उन्होंने बताया, ‘‘प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर ली गई है और आगे की जांच की जा रही है. लोगों के खून के नमूनों को फॉरेंसिक विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला भेजा जाएगा.'' एसीपी ने कहा, ‘‘खून की जांच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही कानून के आधार पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी.'' पुलिस ने बताया कि एएसआई सतीश कुमार की शिकायत पर संबंधित धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया गया है.

Woman Gives Birth In Haryana Roadways Bus, Premature Baby Dies: Cops

A woman gave birth to a child in a Dehradun-bound Haryana Roadways bus near Mullana on Friday, around 25 kilometers from Ambala, officials said.

However, the child could not survive as it was a premature delivery, doctors said.

The woman complained of severe labour pain when the bus was crossing Mullana. Some women present in the bus helped her give birth to the child, they said.

Bus driver Salim Khan also took the bus to the civil hospital at Mullana. The doctors at the hospital declared the child brought dead while the woman was admitted to the facility.

Salim Khan said the woman along with her husband, two children and brother-in-law boarded the bus for Saharanpur from Ambala.

As soon as the bus reached Mullana, the woman had labour pains, said the bus driver.

Principal medical officer, Mullana Civil Hospital, Kuldeep Singh said the woman's delivery was premature.
