भारत के खिलाफ कौनसी साजिश : भारत की ग्रोथ रोकने के लिए विदेश से साठगांठ

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी हरियाणा में बीजेपी की जीत के बाद मंगलवार को कांग्रेस पर जमकर बरसे. उन्होंने बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए कांग्रेस पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय साजिश में शामिल होने का आरोप लगाया. प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा है कि वोटर ने साजिश को पकड़ लिया है और इसी कारण कांग्रेस की हार हुई है. उन्होंने इसके बाद बुधवार को महाराष्ट्र में भी कांग्रेस को निशाना बनाया. उन्होंने कहा कि आजादी के बाद गांधी जी ने कहा था कि कांग्रेस को खत्म कर देना चाहिए. कांग्रेस खत्म नहीं हुई तो अब वह देश को खत्म करने पर तुली हुई है. प्रसार भारती के पूर्व सीईओ शशिशेखर वेमपति ने बताया कि पीएम मोदी देश के विकास में अड़ंगा लगाने वाली किन ताकतों की बात कह रहे हैं.       

"काफी समय से एक नेक्सस चलता आ रहा है. लोकसभा चुनाव के समय अंतरराष्ट्रीय मीडिया और एक्टिविस्ट ग्रुप्स भारत के लोकतंत्र पर कई सवाल उठा रहे थे. वे एक तरह से शंका पैदा कर रहे थे कि, भारतीय डेमोक्रेसी फेयर नहीं है और इलेक्शन ट्रांसपेरेंट नहीं हैं. 

हरियाणा के चुनाव का जो नतीजा आया, जम्मू कश्मीर में जो नतीजा आया, यह एक तरह से भारत के लोकतंत्र पर एक वेलिडेशन है. इंटरनेशनल मीडिया में जितने भी सवाल उठे थे उनको यह सही जवाब देते हैं. प्रधानमंत्री जी ने जो बात कही है, इको सिस्टम बहुत जरूरी बात है. हाल ही में प्रधानमंत्री जब अमेरिका यात्रा पर गए थे, तब भी हमने देखा था कि इस तरह से माहौल पैदा किया जा रहा था भारत को लेकर. कल ही जब मालदीव्स के राष्ट्रपति भारत आए तब फिर से इंटरनेशनल मीडिया में भारत की डिप्लोमेसी को लेकर सवाल उठाए जा रहे थे. यह इको सिस्टम बहुत एक्टिव है. यह हर कदम पर भारत की प्रगति है, भारत का जो एजेंडा है प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी का इसको रोकने के लिए एक कॉन्सपेरेसी की तरह यह लोग काम करते हैं. बांग्लादेश में जिस तरह के हालात पैदा हुए हैं इसमें भी क्लियरली एक्टिविस्ट ग्रुप्स का रोल बहुत ही साफ दिखाई दे रहा है.      

भारत का जो इकॉनामिक एजेंडा है, इसमें बड़े उद्योगों का बहुत महत्वपूर्ण रोल है, क्योंकि ये प्रोजेक्ट्स चलाते हैं, जॉब्स क्रिएट करते हैं. एक तरह से इन प्रोजेक्ट्स को स्लोडाउन करने के लिए, बाधा डालने का जो एजेंडा है, इसमें सारे जो एनजीओ हैं, और स्पॉन्सर्स हैं जो कि विदेश में बैठे हैं, इनका एक बहुत डीप नेक्सस है. बहुत जरूरी डिबेट है कि हम इस प्रकाश डालें. इनकी जो मंशा है, इसको हमें लोगों तक पहुंचाना चाहिए.        
     
एक कॉटेज इंडस्ट्री बन गया है. विदेश में कई संस्थाएं हैं जो हर साल रैंकिंग निकालती हैं, इंडेक्स बनाती हैं. प्रेस फ्रीडम को लेकर, लोकतंत्र को लेकर... यह एक सिस्टम बन गया है. इनके जो सहयोगी हैं, वे हर विषय पर न्यायालय में जाकर पीआईएल लगाते हैं. इन पीआईएल को लेकर भी बहुत साफ हो गया है सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कि ये बहुत आधारहीन पीआईएल हैं. इनका मकसद भारत के विकास के लिए प्रधानमंत्री के एजेंडा को रोकना है. यह डीपरूटेड सिस्टम है और इसे काउंटर करने के लिए हमें कई संस्थाएं खड़ी करनी होंगी. हमें बहुत रिसर्च ओरिएंटेड काउंटर्स स्टेब्लिश करने होंगे, तब जाकर इस पूरे मूवमेंट को हम काउंटर कर पाएंगे. हमें इसके लिए लॉन्गटर्म कुछ सोचना पड़ेगा."

हरियाणा में BJP की तरफ क्यों शिफ्ट हुए दलित और OBC वोट, सीनियर जर्नलिस्ट नीरजा चौधरी ने समझाया

हरियाणा विधानसभा चुनावों को लेकर एग्जिट पोल के सारे अनुमान धराशायी हो गए. BJP ने प्रचंड जीत हासिल की. हरियाणा के 57 साल के इतिहास में कोई भी पार्टी तीसरा टर्म नहीं कर पाई. लेकिन BJP ऐसी पहली पार्टी बनी जो लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाने जा रही है. BJP ने 90 में से 48 सीटें हासिल की हैं. बहुमत का आंकड़ा 46 है. कांग्रेस 37 जीतकर दूसरे स्थान पर रही. BJP की इस जीत में OBC और दलित वोट का हाथ रहा है. इस बीच सीनियर जर्नलिस्ट नीरजा चौधरी ने समझाया है कि लोकसभा चुनाव में जो OBC और दलित वोट कांग्रेस के साथ था. वो आखिर विधानसभा चुनाव में BJP में कैसे शिफ्ट हो गया?

सीनियर जर्नलिस्ट नीरजा चौधरी ने NDTV से कहा, "जाहिर तौर पर जो जीता है वही सिकंदर है. नायब सिंह सैनी इस चुनाव में BJP के उभरते हुए सितारे हैं, क्योंकि उनकी लीडरशिप में ही हरियाणा में BJP की जीत हुई है. आगे भी मुख्यमंत्री वही रहेंगे."

नीरजा चौधरी कहती हैं, "नायब सिंह सैनी OBC का चेहरा हैं. सैनी के तौर पर नए लीडरशिप का उदय हुआ है. कम समय में की गई उनकी कोशिशों से हरियाणा में BJP को लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाने का मौका मिला है. ऐसे में कई चीजें उनके पक्ष में जाती हैं. लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले BJP CM के तौर पर OBC चेहरे को लेकर आई. इसका कहीं न कहीं असर हुआ है."

सैनी की लंबी पारी को लेकर नीरजा चौधरी आगे बताती हैं, "नायब सिंह सैनी यादव की तरह नहीं हैं. जाट और यादव मिलिटेंट कम्युनिटी हैं. इन समुदायों की आक्रामकता से छोटे समुदायों को घबराहट होती है. हरियाणा में इस चुनाव में नॉन जाट कंसॉलिडेशन हुआ है. ये कंसॉलिडेशन पहले से ज्यादा हुआ है और साइलेंट तरीके से हुआ है."

नीरजा कहती हैं, "देखा जाए तो OBC और दलित जो लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस की तरफ झुका था. इस विधानसभा चुनाव में ये वोट वापस BJP की तरफ झुक गया है. OBC और दलित वोट BJP की तरफ इस डर से मुड़ा है कि अगर कांग्रेस आई, तो जाटशाही भी लौट आएगी."

BJP Leader Defeats Congress Candidate By 32 Votes In Haryana's Uchana Kalan

The Uchana Kalan seat in Haryana saw one of the fiercest electoral encounters with BJP's Devender Chatar Bhuj Attri defeating Congress candidate Brijendra Singh by just 32 votes.

The margin of 32 votes was the lowest margin among the 90 assembly segments where polling took place on October 5.

The Jannayak Janta Party Dushyant Chautala who was the outgoing MLA from Uchana Kalan seat was at the fifth spot, as per the Election Commission.

On the other hand, Congress party's Mamman Khan won the Ferozepur Jhirka seat in the Nuh district by the highest margin of 98,441 votes.

Mr Khan, who was the sitting MLA from this seat, defeated BJP's Naseem Ahmed. Mr Khan polled 1,30,497 votes while his nearest rival got 32,056 votes.

Indian National Lok Dal's Aditya Devilal won the Dabwali seat by 610 votes and defeated Congress party's Amit Sihag.

Congress party's Rajbir Fartia defeated BJP's senior leader Jai Parkash Dalal in the Loharu seat by 792 votes.

From the Adampur seat, Congress party candidate Chander Parkash defeated BJP's Bhavya Bishnoi by a margin of 1,268 votes.

BJP's Sunil Satpal Sangwan won the Dadri seat after defeating Congress party's Manisha Sangwan by a margin of 1,957 votes.

Congress party's Chander Mohan defeated BJP senior leader and Haryana assembly speaker Gian Chand Gupta from the Panchkula seat by a margin of 1,997 votes.

The BJP emerged victorious in 48 seats while the Congress won 36 seats and was leading in one seat, according to the Election Commission.

The BJP is set to form the government in Haryana for a third straight time, bucking anti-incumbency and overcoming the setback in Lok Sabha polls when its tally dropped from 10 in 2019 to five seats.

2 Malayalam Actors Met Gangster Arrested In Drug Case, Says Police

The names of two prominent Malayalam actors have emerged in a case involving a notorious gangster who was arrested from a star hotel in connection with a drug case recently, according to police.

The names of actors Sreenath Bhasi and Prayaga Martin, who have been part of several hit movies, appeared in the custody application report submitted by the Maradu police investigating the case following the arrest of gangster Om Prakash.

Prakash was involved in several criminal cases. He and his accomplices were apprehended at the hotel in Maradu on charges of possessing banned narcotics.

The Maradu police, in their report, stated that they had received secret information indicating that the accused were procuring substances like cocaine from abroad and distributing them at DJ parties being organised in the city.

The accused had been under surveillance by the intelligence wing of the police.

To evade police detection, the gangster booked hotel rooms in another person's name, according to the police.

As a detailed investigation was conducted, it was found that over 20 individuals, including film actors Bhasi and Martin, had visited Prakash at the hotel, the report noted.

Prakash is accused in over 30 cases, police further stated.

A senior police officer said a comprehensive investigation is being carried out in the case, and investigators have collected all vital evidence in this connection.

"Various articles were collected from the site where the accused were arrested. They were sent for the forensic examination, and their results are awaited," he told reporters here.

The officer said the call details of mobile phones seized from the accused would be examined, and a detailed interrogation of those who contacted the gangster would be carried out after that.

When asked about the film actors who had allegedly visited him, the officer said the police had collected all details, including CCTV visuals from the hotel.

Bhasi and Martin's names in the police report come at a time when allegations of various malpractices in the Malayalam film industry, including sexual abuse of female actors and drug abuse, were revealed in the Justice Hema Committee report, triggering an uproar in the state recently. The two actors were yet to react to the developments.

मेरी छोटी बनाते थे ऋषिकेश मुखर्जी 
रेखा ने फिल्मफेयर को दिए इंटरव्यू में बताया कि खूबसूरत के दौरान जब मैंने पूछा कि मुझे क्या पहनना है. उन्होंने मुझसे कहा- तुम्हारे पास घर में जो भी है वो ले आओ. टी-शर्ट, स्कर्ट, जीन्स, शर्ट और वेस्ट कोट ही पहनो. वो अक्सर मेरे बाल बनाया करते थे. वो मेरी दो चोटी बनाते थे.

खूबसूरत की शूटिंग बहुत मजेदार रही. सभी डायलॉग्स गुलज़ार साहब ने लिखे थे और फिर बेशक हमारे पास प्यारे दादामणि (अशोक कुमार) और दीना पाठक भी थे. केष्टो मुखर्जी, डेविड अंकल और शशिकला जी भी बहुत प्यार करने वाले और देखभाल करने वाले थे. हम वास्तव में प्यार के घर में 'निर्मल आनंद' की तलाश कर रहे थे. ऋषिकेश मुखर्जी की तारीफ करते हुए रेखा ने कहा- ' ऋषि दा प्रेम के प्रतीक थे. कोई 'छल-कपट' नहीं था. वह बकवास करने वाले नहीं थे, उन्होंने कभी गॉसिप नहीं की और इसे बढ़ावा भी नहीं दिया. वो कहते थे, 'रीटेक मांगेगा तो तुमसे पैसे लेगा. ऋषि दा ही वह व्यक्ति हैं जिन्होंने मुझे पालतू जानवरों की जादुई दुनिया से परिचित कराया. और मेरा काम उनके सभी पालतू जानवरों को संवारना और उनके टिक्स निकालना था.ये मेरे लिए डिस्ट्रेसिंग था.

बता दें खूबसूरत 1980 में रिलीज हुई थी. इस फिल्म को बहुत पसंद किया गया था. पहले के समय में आए दिन फिल्म का टीवी पर टेलीकास्ट होता रहता था. बाकी फिल्में आकर चली जाती थीं मगर खूबसूरत को लंबे समय तक टेलीकास्ट किया गया है.

AI Can Be As Dangerous For World As Nuclear Weapons: S Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar on Sunday said that artificial intelligence (AI) will be a profound factor for the world, after nuclear weapons.

Participating in the third edition of the Kautilya Economic Conclave, organised by the Institute of Economic Growth and the Finance Ministry, on its third and final day, S Jaishankar said that AI is going to be the next big thing and countries should be prepared to deal with its after-effects.

On AI, he further said that it is also going to become a profound factor in the global ecosystem. "AI will be as dangerous for the world as nuclear bombs once were," he observed.

Minister S Jaishankar also said that demographics, connectivity, and AI will change the global order.

"Globalisation can be weaponised in the next decade and the world must be cautious about it. Many people around the world blame it for the large number of job losses and other negative effects of the revolution. This issue will remain as long as there is change (globalisation)," he said, noting that the social and political reaction to globalisation has gained momentum in the last decade.

The realities of globalisation inevitably collide with protectionism, he said.

The External Affairs Minister also said that in today's era, the role of the United Nations has become only that of a spectator. Drawing a comparison with the business world, he said that the United Nations is an old business, which is taking up a lot of space, but is not changing according to the world.

On the ongoing Middle East conflict, he said that today the fight is taking place only for economic corridors, land and sea, but in the future, there will be fights over climate change also. He further highlighted that the Global South is feeling the impacts of these geopolitical tensions more acutely than others, raising concerns about the region's stability.

Supreme Court Dismisses Petition Seeking Review Of Its Poll Bonds Scheme Order

The Supreme Court has dismissed a batch of pleas seeking review of its February 15 verdict, which had scrapped the Modi government's electoral bonds scheme of anonymous political funding.

A bench of Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justices Sanjiv Khanna, B R Gavai, J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra said there is no error apparent on the face of the record.

The top court also rejected the prayer for listing the review petitions in an open court.

"Having perused the review petitions, there is no error apparent on the face of the record. No case for review under Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules 2013. The review petitions are, therefore, dismissed," the bench said in its order dated September 25 that was uploaded today.

The review pleas filed by advocate Mathews J Nedumpara and others contended that the matter related to the scheme falls in the exclusive domain of legislative and executive policy.

"The court failed to notice that even assuming the issue is justiciable, the petitioners therein having not claimed any specific legal injury exclusive to them, their petition could not have been decided as if a private litigation for the enforcement of rights which are specific and exclusive to them," Nedumpara had submitted in his plea.

He had said the court failed to notice that the public opinion could be sharply divided and the majority of the people of this country could probably be in support of the scheme, brought into existence by their elected representatives, and that they too have a right to be heard as much as the petitioners.

"The court failed to notice that, if at all it is venturing into the forbidden domain of adjudicating upon a matter of legislative policy, they have a duty to hear the public at large and that the proceedings ought to be converted into representative proceedings," the plea had said.

Holding that the 2018 electoral bond scheme was "violative" of the constitutional right to freedom of speech and expression and right to information, a five-judge Constitution bench headed by Chief Justice of India Chandrachud had scrapped the scheme.

The top court had also directed the State Bank of India (SBI), the authorised financial institution under the scheme, to submit the details of electoral bonds purchased since April 12, 2019, to the Election Commission, which was asked to publish the information on its official website.

Under the electoral bonds scheme, ruling parties can coerce people and entities to contribute, the apex court had said and rejected as "erroneous" the Centre's argument that it protects the confidentiality of the contributor which is akin to the system of secret ballot.

The electoral bonds scheme, which was notified by the government on January 2, 2018, was pitched as an alternative to cash donations made to political parties as part of efforts to bring transparency in political funding.

On March 13, the SBI told the Supreme Court that a total of 22,217 electoral bonds were purchased and 22,030 redeemed by political parties between April 1, 2019 and February 15 this year.

In a compliance affidavit filed in the apex court, the SBI said as per the court's direction, it has made available the details of electoral bonds to the Election Commission of India before the close of business hours on March 12.

The electoral bond controversy had become a major poll issue during the Lok Sabha elections as the opposition alleged it was an "extortion racket", while the ruling BJP defended the scheme, saying it had a laudable objective of bringing transparency in poll funding.
